PROJECT OVERVIEW
EARLSFORT CENTRE: A LANDMARK MIXED-USE VISION
The scheme proposed a large-scale mixed-use development organised around a central civic square or plaza. The development programme comprised eight office buildings ranging in height from three to five storeys, two five-storey residential blocks accommodating a total of 46 flats, a 180-bedroom hotel, and parking.

The Earlsfort Centre Scheme was located on a prominent four-acre site at Earlsfort Terrace in Dublin city centre. The site occupied a strategic urban position with frontages onto Earlsfort Terrace, Hatch Street and Leeson Street, within close proximity to St Stephen’s Green and the city’s principal commercial and cultural districts. This central location offered excellent accessibility and visibility, making it well suited to a large-scale mixed-use development.
